As the end of the year approaches, please note that during the month of December, on the working days between Christmas and New Year, the ALD Automotive Team will maintain business as usual to process your requests. The availability of our services will be as follows:
New car order:
We would like to kindly draw your attention that the dealerships might not be able to proceed the orders because of Christmas and New Year’s holidays. In case of unprocessed order, if in the meantime the manufacturer changes the price of the vehicle, the monthly leasing fee can be affected. In order to prevent such inconveniences and delays - based on our experience – vehicle shall be ordered before the holidays, until 15th December 2022. Regardless of above mentioned, the ALD Team receives, records and manages your requests on an ongoing basis. We are happy to help to maintain your mobility.
New car delivery:
Depending on the availability of the governmental administration and opening hours of the dealerships. Please note that the governmental administrative break for document record offices will run from Friday 22 December 2022 to Friday 6 January 2023, so registration of new vehicles will be suspended during this period.
Final return of your car:
Please return the car until December 15, 2022. if it is possible. However you still can return after this date as well, but please consider that due to the year-end the returning process might be longer at the Compound.
