As the end of the year approaches, we would like to inform you on the days in December when ALD Automotive team will work on duty, so the availability of our below services will be as follows.
New car order:
We would like to kindly draw your attention that the dealerships might not be able to proceed the orders because of Christmas and New Year’s holidays. In case of unprocessed order, if in the meantime the manufacturer changes the price of the vehicle, the monthly leasing fee can be affected. In order to prevent such inconveniences and delays - based on our experience – vehicle shall be ordered before the holidays, until December 17th 2021.
New car delivery:
Depending on the availability of the governmental administration and opening hours of the dealerships.
Final return of your car:
Please return the car until December 17, 2021. if it is possible. However you still can return after this date as well, but please consider that due to the year-end the returning process might be longer at the Compound.
Please note that some ALD services will be limited on 31st of December:
