New mobile app developed by ALD Hungary called CICO
ALD Hungary developed a new mobile application in 2020 to facilitate the management of diverse vehicle take over and hand over processes.
Check-In Check-Out (CICO) tool is in use since February for Vehicle Returns, generating e-take over protocol via mobile application platform, sending a digital confirmation to all involved stake holders and automatically populating needed data into ALD back-office system. The application can include pictures taken with phone camera about vehicle status as well as sending all needed data to ALD for further usage in internal workflow processes.
In June it is expected to extend the application coverage on New Car Delivery process, for ALD Flex (pool) and Rent-a-Car takeovers in Q3 2020, and for D2D services handling in Q4 2020.
Quite a lot of previously manual processes were automated so far and much more to come. We are happy to share few screen shots of the app and looking forward to further automations!
