Due to No. 71/2020. (III. 27.) of the Government Decree on curfew restriction, our service partners can still be visited and our rent-a-car, replacement car and assistance services are also available.
The leaving of temporary or permanent residence, or private residence may take place on the duly substantiated grounds set out in this Regulation. The use of transport (4. §. o) and vehicle service (4. §. p) is still allowed (subject to the rules of social contact and the 1.5 m safety distance).
Regular vehicle maintenance, tire services: Due to limited opening hours (09:00-15:00) of our partners, you are kindly requested to book your maintenance appointment in advance as much as possible. Considering the current market situation, tire availability and tire delivery might be delayed as well. Thank you for your cooperation of arriving to booked appointments on time.

In accordance with the transport regulations, we can continue to provide our rent-a-car, replacement car and assistance services.
Quotation and order for new vehicles: Quotation time for new vehicles might be extended due to our partners’ longer response time. Note please that certain manufacturers temporary shut down or severely limited their activities, consequently new car delivery time might be also correspondingly extended or even postponed. During this time ALD’s own Re-leased and pool cars may serve as an alternative solution, but especially to keep your drivers mobile, please be encouraged to prolong existing contracts as soon as possible. Your Key Account Manager is standing fully at your disposal for further assistance.
